We are manufacturers of crumb rubber obtained from the recycling of end of life Truck & Bus Radial Tyres only, at Vapi, Gujarat, India. The waste tyre shreds used by us at our recycling plant are imported from Europe and Middle East countries only. Please be advised that it is a 5Mt/Hr, European technology Plant and the process involved in generating Crumb Rubber would be a mechanical process which segregates the Steel, Fiber and Rubber which is *9.7% pure.

Kindly note, the crumb rubber generated at our plant is SBR Crumb Rubber and the size available are of 1mm to 4mm (5 mesh to *8 mesh) and 0.8mm to 2mm (8 mesh to *0 mesh) which is of high tensile strength, having low ash content (approx. 5% + - 2%).
